REGISTERING ONLINE IS EASY!

Below is a step by step guide which illustrate the steps involved in the generation and submission of a Full-time online Contract for Full-time new & returning students who are NOT carrying repeats.

Full- time (New & Return) Online Registration

To register online, click the green REGISTER button on the top right hand side of the Rosebank College website. The good news is whether you want to study Full-time, Part- time or through Distance Learning you can still use the platform.

You will be asked to log on using personalised account credentials i.e., your application ID. If you are a new student or your student number if you are a returning student. You should also provide your email address (if an applicant ) or RCConnect email address (if a returning student).

You are then guided through the steps required for Online Registration. Please note that as a result of the Application ID or student number entered, selected information will auto populate in the contract for you and you will NOT be required to complete all of your information again – unless your details have changed.

You will be required to enter your qualification, module and personal details below. As per the above, depending on the Application ID /Student number entered – the information will populate in the contracts.

Section 5 requires you to provide the account payer details.

Should someone else other than you (the student) be paying for your fees, then they need to complete the section below section 5B

Should your fees be sponsored by a company (i.e. the company you work for) then complete section 5C.

Should you be the recipient of an external bursary or have a loan (i.e. from a bank), complete section 5D.

Payment details must be completed as shown below. To make it easier for you to complete – the fees will auto populate in the payment table based on the qualification and payment option that you selected.

We may need to get of hold of someone (friend or family member) in the event of an emergency, please complete the section below to ensure we know who to get in touch with.

The registration documentation must be provided in order to finalise your registration. These documents can be uploaded when completing online registration and will be attached to your contract that you receive via email.

NB – Important terms of registration are available for you to read and review. You cannot proceed until you have clicked on the acceptance tick boxes below. Once you click on submit a final copy of the contract is generated which is sent to both yourself and the respective staff member. Please note your registration is not complete until you have met all the admission requirements, supporting documents has been sent and registration payment has been received. Application fee and registration fee are non- refundable.

Both you and the designated staff member will receive a confirmation email, with a copy of the contract attached, as well as the documents that you have uploaded. They will then contact you to confirm that all is in order. Once all the required documentation has been received and payment has been made, the contract will be processed.
